PLANNING YOUR ORDER:

For the smoothest experience, please place your delivery order at least 48 hours in advance. But no worries, if you have a sudden craving, we'll try our best to make it happen, with a little extra charge for late orders.

DELIVERY UPDATES:

On delivery day, we'll be in touch, providing you with an estimated delivery time slot. Though we can't pin it down to the minute, we'll send you a text or email when our driver is on the way. Please be ready to welcome your delicious package!

ORDER ALTERATIONS:

Need to tweak your order? No problem! Just give us a heads up at least 48 hours in advance. Changes within the last 24 hours might incur a £30 administration fee, but we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

STAYING CONNECTED:

We value your responsiveness! Please answer our driver's calls or messages promptly to ensure a smooth delivery. If we miss you after three tries, we'll bring your order back to us. A re-delivery and next-day collection will be arranged with additional charges.

PICK UP SERVICE:

Available at our Chipping Barnet Branch for FREE.

• Order Preparation Time: Each order takes 2 business days for preparation.

• Collection Date: If you have a specific collection date in mind, please message us with your order details and await notification prior to collecting your order.

• Collection Hours: Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 and 19:00. Please present your order confirmation during pickup.

ORDER FRESHNESS & FLEXIBILITY:

• Made to Order: All our orders are freshly crafted, made to order, ensuring the highest level of freshness and food safety.

• Extra Day for Collection: If you can't pick up your order on the chosen collection date, don't worry! We can keep your cake for an extra day.

SPECIAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Storage: Upon delivery, pop your cake into the fridge to ensure it stays fresh and delightful. Our cakes are at their best with a 'melting heart' effect, and just 15 minutes at room temperature will give them that perfect softness.

• Leftovers: Got extra? No worries! Keep your cake covered in the fridge for up to 3 days and savor the goodness.

 

 

REFUND & CHANGE POLICY:

All orders are non-refundable and non-changeable. If you encounter any issues, please let us know, which may incur additional charges.
