If you're unsure whether your location is within our delivery radius, you can input your address during the ordering process to check eligibility.
  • How is the delivery cost determined?
    The delivery cost is based on your distance from our High Barnet branch. Our charges are as follows: Within 1.5 miles: £5 Within 5 miles: £10 Within 15 miles: £20 Keep an eye out for amazing promotions on delivery charges - just stay connected with us through our website and social media!
  • Can I choose the delivery schedule?
    While we currently offer the option to choose your preferred delivery date within our operational hours: Mon-Fri (08:00 - 21:30) and Sat-Sun (08:00 - 18:00), we suggest arranging for your delivery to arrive a day ahead of your celebration. On the chosen delivery date, we'll send you a message with the estimated delivery time, ensuring a delightful experience for your special occasion.
  • Can I select a specific delivery time slot?
    If you have a specific time in mind for your delivery, we're more than happy to accommodate your request. For an additional charge of £30, you can choose a time slot that suits you best, subject to availability. Feel free to message us with your order details, and we'll arrange this for you.
  • When will I receive the details of my delivery time?
    Rest assured, we'll notify you of your estimated delivery time on the morning of your chosen delivery date. While we can't pinpoint the exact time, we'll keep you informed and make the process as smooth as possible.
  • What if I'm not available to receive my order during the delivery attempt?
    We understand life can be busy! If you're not available during the first delivery attempt, please notify us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to find alternative delivery options that suit your situation, such as delivering to a different address or a neighbour. If redelivery or re-baking is needed, additional costs may apply.
  • Can I make changes to my delivery date?
    Absolutely! Flexibility is key. If you need to adjust your delivery date, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. Changes requested within 24 hours will incur an administration cost of £30 to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Can I choose the pick-up option instead of delivery?
    Absolutely! Our convenient pick-up service at our Chipping Barnet Branch is available at no extra cost. Just wait for our notification and remember to bring your order confirmation when you come to pick it up. Our pick-up hours are from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 and 19:00.
  • How long does it take for my order to be ready for pick-up?
    Your order is freshly prepared for pick-up within 2 business days. We'll message you to estimate the pick-up schedule once we receive your order details. If you have a specific collection date in mind, please message us with your order details, and we'll make sure it's ready for you.
  • Can I choose a specific date and time to pick up my order?
    If you have a specific collection date in mind, please put a note to us when you are placing your order. Alternatively, you can message us with your order details, and we'll make sure it's ready for you.
  • Can I change the collection date?
    Certainly! If you need to adjust the collection date, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We'll make every effort to accommodate your request and ensure your cake is ready when you want to pick it up.
  • Can I personalise my cake by choosing fruits for decoration or having a name written on it?
    Absolutely! We offer personalised cake services based on our Basque Cake. You can choose to personalise it with selected fruits and decorations for £25 or add a name for £15. Feel free to reach out to us for a personalised cake quote and let us make your cake uniquely yours!
  • How should I store my cake upon receiving it?
    To preserve the delightful taste and texture, we recommend refrigerating your cake upon receipt. Our cakes are best enjoyed with the "melting heart" effect, so allow them to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before indulging.
  • How long can I keep the cake after receiving it?
    For the ultimate taste and freshness, we recommend enjoying your cake promptly. If you have any leftovers, you can refrigerate them, covered, for up to 3 days.

    Unfortunately, all orders are non-changeable once placed. If you wish to make changes to your order after it has been placed, a re-handling charge of £30 will apply to ensure smooth processing.
  • Can I request a refund or cancel my order?
    To maintain efficiency and quality, all orders are non-refundable and non-changeable. However, if you encounter any issues, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we'll do our best to address your concerns and provide a suitable resolution.
